1consultant review before anything reaches the client

On its own, or with our team.

The dashboard on its own.

Your files, deadlines, stakeholders and positions in one place, screened every week and checked by a consultant. Your team takes it from there.

The dashboard with our consultancy.

The same dashboard, plus our analysis, position papers and the legwork in Brussels and the regions.

Either way, a consultant stays in the loop. That part is never switched off.

▸ Try it: switch profile, hover a deadline dot, change role, open the lobby register, leave a note, log a contact or add a file.

What you are looking at

Nine things a dynamic dashboard does that a newsletter can't.

Each feature exists because a client asked a question that monitoring alerts could not answer. Click through to see it in the demo above.

01

Deadlines you can see

Every dated obligation, consultation and vote on one swimlane per policy area. Red rings flag anything inside fourteen days.

02

One list per role

The CFO, the head of R&D and the product-compliance lead each get their own action list — same facts, different questions.

03

A structured file card

Every dossier answers the same nine questions: scope, obligations, dates, procedure, acts, status, consultations and why it matters.

04

Lobby register

Stakeholder maps by influence and stance, a seat-weighted view of the Parliament, the history of the file and your position.

05

Positions with sign-off

Draft positions are written with you, edited online and signed off by a named manager. Nothing is used before it is approved.

06

Coverage you can check

Forty sources across Brussels, Belgium, Flanders, Washington and Beijing, each health-checked before every screening run.

07

Your team’s input, built in

Notes on every file, a contact log with follow-ups, and priority or track set by hand. The screening proposes; your team decides.

08

Add what the screening misses

Heard about a measure in a meeting? Add it as a file, name the part of the business it touches, and it joins the next weekly update.

09

Money, and a memory

One tab for grants, auctions and tax incentives. An archive that keeps every file that left the dashboard, with the date and the reason.

One week in the loop

AI screening, checked by a consultant.

This is how the dashboard above gets refreshed every week, and where a person steps in.

Every source is tested for reachability, so a broken feed is noticed before it hides a change.

AI screening

New acts, consultations, votes and agendas are matched to the client's files, and each change is proposed as an update to the register.

Consultant review

Each proposed change is checked against the primary source, re-rated where needed or rejected. Only then is the dashboard rebuilt.

Publicea
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can we use the dashboard without a consultancy assignment?

Yes. You can subscribe to the dashboard on its own. A Publicea consultant still checks every proposed change against the primary source before it reaches you.

Is it a software tool or a service?

Both. Your teams work in a real tool — deadlines, file cards, role lists, a lobby register and positions with sign-off, under single sign-on. Behind it, AI screens the sources every week and a consultant reviews each change, so you read what matters rather than a stream of alerts.

How many people can log in?

As many as you need. There is no limit on the number of users.

How quickly can we start?

Your first dashboard is live within two to three days. In the first weeks we fine-tune it with you: what counts as noise, and what deserves an alert.

What does it cost?

Pricing is on request. It depends on the number of users and the breadth of the scope: files, jurisdictions and sources. You know the price up front, with no hidden costs.

Which sources and jurisdictions do you cover?

The EU institutions, the Belgian federal and regional governments and parliaments, official journals, regulators and sector sources, configured per client — plus other countries such as the Netherlands, France, the US or China where your markets require it. Every source is health-checked before each weekly screening.

Who sees our information?

Only you. Your dashboard is kept separate from those of other clients, and we work with professional AI services under business terms, so client content is not used to train public models.

About this demonstrator

Built from several working dashboards and watch-lists, blended so that none of them is recognisable.
  • The files are real EU, national, US and Chinese dossiers as they stood around 21 September 2026. Each demo profile mixes files from dashboards and watch-lists built for different organisations and sectors, so neither profile is any one client’s register. Company-specific files were left out.
  • Company-specific actions have been rewritten as illustrations. Stakeholder stances and Parliament group positions in the register are illustrative, not a political assessment.
  • The page is a frozen snapshot: it is not updated and is not legal or tax advice.
  • Notes, contacts, ratings and files you enter in the demo stay in this browser tab and are not sent anywhere.

What would your files look like in here?

We'll scope your dossiers with you and show you a first dashboard built on them, with every automated step and every human checkpoint visible.
